We’re already over halfway to our next stretch goal! Thank you so much to all of our backers who have made this project possible.

First Rewards Arrived!

We were thrilled this week to receive our first rewards to fulfill this campaign - the early bird bookmarks!

New Artwork

We also have our first new commissioned art for this project ready to reveal! Meet Dusk, an assassin who is one of our Villain NPCs. Dusk is the deadliest assassin around and though they are famous, no one knows what they look  like or even their gender. Dusk accepts payment in trunks of gold and rare magic items.

Stretch Goal #4 Unlocked!

Hey Folks,

You did it! A huge thank you to all of our new backers over the last few days.

Stretch Goal Unlocked!

After a slow few days last week, things are picking up! This afternoon, we unlocked Stretch Goal #4! Now, We will be commissioning a Hireling Contract that will be a free digital download for all backers. With this contract, you can keep note of the particulars of hirelings that party pays to help, or even fill it out and give to the party as a fun handout.

New Stretch Goal

Stretch Goal #5 will add a new reward for our NPC Creator Backers. In addition to custom NPCs, they will also get a custom NPC Lair Map to go with their NPCs! The digital maps from these will also be made available as a free download for all backers.

Third Party Highlight

If you're looking for some great 5e content from a third party publisher, look no further than this campaign! I backed Kibbles first campaign and am very happy with the content they put out. Over One Week In!

Hey Folks,

We're over a week into the project now and we're gaining some steam today! Thank you for joining us, new backers! We are getting closer and closer to that 4th Stretch Goal!

Artist Spotlight

Our last artist with whom we regularly work is the talented Thuan Pham. He's been illustrating since high school and he's made some of the iconic art from our Adventurer's Agency project including the above piece. You can check out more of his art on Instagram. We're commissioning two scene illustrations from Thuan for Villains & Villagers and hope to have one to show you in the next week or two!

Project Black Flag

I know a lot of you are looking forward to Project Black Flag, a 5e compatible RPG system forthcoming from our friends at Kobold Press. They JUST released their first playtest packet last night.

Halfway to Stretch Goal #4!

Before we jump into today's update, I wanted to offer another cool GM tool for you. One of our backers requested adding our Tavern Menu Generator into the book as a stretch goal, which I think is a really cool idea! We are getting so close to unlocking the next Stretch Goal, a Hireling Contract!
